I’ve been living at The Denham Building for a while now, almost 5 years to be exact, and I couldn’t be happier! Denham is an incredible place to live! The industrial design offers a unique and spacious atmosphere, making my apartment feel both modern and comfortable. I love the high ceilings, concrete floors, and open layouts. Safety is a top priority here, and I truly appreciate how secure the building feels. Plus, the location is unbeatable—everything I need is conveniently close by, from shops to parks. I've lived here for over a year and a half and have thoroughly enjoyed my time! When I first started apartment hunting, this was the first place that I looked. I didn't even bother checking anywhere else out. It is in a great location with a lot to do in the surrounding area. The staff that works here is great as well! Highly recommend living at Denham.

We have been living at Denham since July, and we're absolutely obsessed. We had a great experience with Sarah who was very kind, responsive, and efficient, which was especially helpful considering we moved from across the country, site unseen. The units are so beautiful, as is the building. The building is in walking distance of several great bars, restaurants, and Railroad park. The building is clean and well-kept, and it feels very secure. So glad we found this place
