DeMasiado Apartments

We really felt like home. New carpet, new paint, kitchen appliances new blinds. Very peaceful, people were friendly. Loved Management and maintenance team. Clean environment. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful safe environment.

this is my last months living here im in constant fear due to the old 70s stove arcing sounds that makes i been telling the management to change it for a whole year but the owners are chinese pennypinchers seem oblivious to it till one day the whole apartments catch fire because they dont replace the appliances the just kind of fix it so if i you like to put your family in fire hazard come live PS the electric plugs are the same

This apartments are awesome and irene the manager its so nice its good to have a manager that can talk to and wont trip like another places i have rent in fort worth dallas and here on irving and this place its the best i ever rent keep the good work irene

Very comfortable community feel with kids playing in the courtyard and not in the parking lot!! Apartments have a lot of space and extra closets but do need some upgrades...

Jesus lord after living in many complexes on irving area the quality of life in this complex is terrible obnoxiuosly loud & drunk people trying to rizz up whoever wifes walks by to the laundry room kids riding quads & mini motorcycles on the parking lot being lousy as hell i hope the owners do something before something bad happens & and they get sued for allowing this types of behaviour
