Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Management I live in a two-bedroom unit and my experience has been extremely disappointing. We were promised a fully renovated apartment, which was not true. Doors do not line up, burned wood from a past fire is still visible, and the overall workmanship is poor. Several items promised at move-in have still not been completed. I reported a bathtub issue over a month ago and it remains unrepaired. We also had a serious cockroach problem that management failed to address until I reported finding one on my sleeping child, forcing me to hire my own professional before they finally responded. I had the help from Andrea and she was GREAT she never gave up on us ! She tried to do everything she can to help my son an I get approved ! We're a month in and we've had NO problems ! Roaches aren't the problem being clean and keeping your home clean is the only thing you need to do ! No in an out traffic , neighbors are nice an quiet everyone minds their business . Parking would be the only issue and I wouldn't say issue because ANDREA was ON IT ! any problem I had she fixed very quickly. And since I've been here it's been great . Please don't let the reviews stop you from trying to apply and if you do apply ASK FOR ANDREA ! She was the best !
