Delta Phi Apartments

We chose delta phi because the website stated that our son could get a roommate that is also a freshman and have a freshman experience. This was not the case. The management was friendly but not helpful when we brought this up to them on move in day. Good location, close to campus.

Great place to live. I have spent the last two years here and have no complaints. It is 30 seconds from campus and the people are awesome.

Overall a disappointing experience. Cons: small living space, too expensive for what it is, cramped kitchens, tiny bathrooms. Pros: close to campus, fairly decent management

These apartments are absolutely breathtaking for the price, they are close to campus and have a lot of space. The beds are super comfortable and the management is super chill (they have food and treats for us all the time). Heating heats up super quick and the bathroom counters have tons of space. There is an Xbox lounge too so that’s super cool!

I’ve lived at other complexes that were really nice but I felt like I was over paying for what I was getting in return. On the other hand, Delta phi is great for its price and has everything a normal college student would need. It’s super close to campus, it has free laundry, it has a lounge for playing games, watching movies, or just hanging out with friends, and it doesn’t hurt that management is super friendly and helpful.
