Delta Manor Apartments Review I recently graduated from the housing authority, and this is my first time paying rent completely on my own. I have been living at Delta Manor Apartments for about one month now, and I can honestly say my experience has been amazing so far. Brandy and Kimberly, the two property managers, are absolutely incredible. Every concern or question I’ve had, I’ve been able to call the front office and get clear answers immediately. They always answer the phone right away, they are extremely kind, professional, and respectful, and I have not had a single issue with them. I even had to request a short extension on my rent due to my pay schedule. Brandy and Kimberly went the extra mile by reaching out to their supervisor and getting it approved. Very Disappointed In My Experience With The Office Folks Brandy and Katrina . And some of the reviews that are on here lying about these two will be back later speaking the real. They are the biggest scammers in the area.Chump charges on your account and if you don’t catch it you will over pay and nothing will be done and corporate doesn’t return calls, nor do they answer Ambo company needs to get rid of these two. And ps they take pictures of dirty apartments and they make it look like it is yours just to keep your deposits. Facts. I despise a thief . Stopped by earlier this week to check out these apartments. My son will be moving to Beaumont while attending Lamar. This will be his first time away from home so we're very picky about the place he will call home. While we were at Delta Manor, we met with Nikky and she made us feel so welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. It was at the end of the day but we never felt rushed or pressured. She did not have an available apartment for us to see today unfortunately, but she did show us around the club house and let us check out all of the amenities. We would love to move our son and his roommate in to this property. I have no doubts they will be very happy there.

I very rarely need things repaired in my apartment, yet when I do they are addressed quickly and the office staff is always friendly and professional.

These apartments have the BEST location! Right in the middle of everything! And they are so beautiful. I decided to tour them today. Nikki was super friendly and helpful! She answered all my questions. And made me feel right at home. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you're looking!
