I usually don't right reviews, but please be careful when you're renting a property that states AS IS and have insensitive owners that nickel and dime you during your lease term. They will not think items are a necessity and will not fix them so you have to rent additional things like dryers during your lease term and pay more money out of pocket per month. Make sure you take photos of every little thing such as strings that do hang from light bulbs and items that's there such as shelves, paint, flooring items, blinds, curtains etc. when you move in because you will be charged an arm and a leg when you move out as if you were responsible for them initially. I've moved on, but feel this is too small to go back and forth to argue over. Wish I took photos of every inch of the house when I
