This is the worse and most meanest apartment and people who is working here that i have ever came across i have been suffering from hot water issue in my unit since i moved in no one can fix it and now they are saying am going to be here for two months till my lease end. I dont have hot water no body is listening to me and the are lieing that am the only one complaining this issue and this is really bad that i pay my rent am not advising people to live here they are horrible.

My friends currently live in this place and the stories I've heard are really bugging me. Today my friend got home and the locks in his apartment had been changed. On top, a few days ago my friend got a call from another neighbor telling him that management had entered his property. There was no previous notice of any of these events happening. On another instance they also entered the home unannounced and scared his wife and child. I understand that if someone is late on rent that an eviction notice will be issued. They were late but were able to catch up with the rent they were behind to which I saw money order copies, so I know its not them making it up. I would recommend looking for a different place and avoiding the bad time this place is sure to provide.

The worse apartment!!! They are scammers!!! Said their policy is to collect payment before showing a dirty (not renovated) apartment filled with roaches and all kinds of pets, all door handles are shaky, closets doors fallen off, old and nasty stove and refrigerator that fails frequently. This is really a junk. I am very unfortunate to find my self in this mess. Can't wait for lease to expire. Please do not dare to come and get infections from roaches.

my name is janee & Ive been a resident for 2.5 years. I love that all utilities are inlcuded and also love how its rarely people hanging outside. not to quiet but not to much noise. Ms. Sheila the new property manager is great! she works hard to make sure the complex looks nice and clean. shes done many changes since she relocated to the property. yes you will see rodents due to neighbors but thats pretty much anywhere especially if your not in a very clean "white" area. apartments is good for a first apartment. the response from maintenance is always superior. Make sure you ask for Carla in the rental office! shes the best.....
