I am disabled. When i moved in, the back yard was not that different than it is now. I have now received a warning about my back yard, which is not visible from the road, from the 'city of goldsboro' via the landlord. This house also lacks a ground wire, which has cost me 4500 dollars in electronics due to surges and an inadequate breaker box. At the beginning the rent was appealing, but now - given no option but to spend hundreds on groundskeeping, it's much less appealing. The only thing they seem eager to fix is my air conditioning and heating, which seems to mess up once a year. As i said, I am disabled, and they only gave me 5 days to do something about it. I am in panic mode much more often than i'd want a property to be, so i can only provide a lackluster rating. I need this hous

Currently living under Dees& Tyndall Rental with deplorable living conditions because I have no other options at present. The appointment laundry room is full of termites and appears not to have been in working order in years. Door jam busted since day one. Refrigerator quit working, requesting a new one they gave me a replacement that is all broken down and makes a lot of noise. Walls painted two different colors stove is old and doesn't work properly. The worst of all, AC unit leaking under flooring,causing floor to buckle and Crack, because their AC man saw no problem with it, yet they want money every month and every time that the social security payment goes up they go up on rent.

I have been Dee's and tyndall over 15 years to manage my rental property in goldsboro overall fantastic the most impressive aspect of their service is their responsiveness they provide the efficiency of my investment manager and all the staff is very nice and professional.

I would advise anyone looking to rent a home to look elsewhere because they're very unprofessional and lack good communication skills. From my experience they give off a vibe that they pick and choose who they truly want to help . Otherwise they will stall you and lie to you and pretend to be doing their job when they know what their true intentions are from the start . They will take your money for application fees and know that they have no intentions on trying to help you. Trust they will give you a run around they will have you doing all of these things for an application process as they say when they know in reality they are not trying to help you. They told us to fill out an application for an house, knowing that someone else had applied and been approved for the home. They charged a non-refundable application fee of $90.00. After getting our money, they then told us the next day that someone else was approved for the house. Then we were told that we could apply for another home. However, they didn't have any more homes within the price range that we applied for the first house. We then applied for another home, which was $300.00 more than what we initially were looking for. Then they said that we didn't meet the qualications. So we wasted, $90.00, our time, and gas money, running back & forth playing games with this company. I feel like it was a total scam & rip off.
