Deerfield Park Apartments

I have been living in the Brownstone apartments for 3 years now and haven’t had many issues that couldn’t be fixed, it may take some time for it to get done but it does get done which is all I care about and what matters. The staff in the office have been super nice and helpful whenever I have reached out for anything. Luckily I haven’t had any issues with the neighbors in my area either which is a big plus. Me and my family have been pretty happy here and would absolutely recommend anyone to check them out for your housing needs.

Great studio apartment clean, comfortable, and just the right size. Antonia was helpful, super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made my stay stress free. Overall good place to stay!

If I could give them no stars I would! My son lived in one of there apartments for 14 months. They never fixed a damn thing. His toliet and windows was broken the entire time. My son and I must have called them more than a dozen times asking them to fix them. He didn't have a working stove/oven for over 2 months when he moved in! I finally got the town involved! Trasht slum landlords! Don't waste your money!

1.The property managers at the time I was there in 2022 were Antonia and Janice. To say they were rude would be an understatement. Many occupants of the building were immigrants but these managers were were openly racist. Antonia deliberately over 3 weeks refused to respond to my emails. She told me bluntly that she had other things to do. I was emailing to report loud whirring noise from the boiler in the basement.(I lived on second floor and could not sleep soundly for a whole year). Eventually they had someone come check the noise and told me that they could not do anything about it because the boiler was an old industrial boiler and needed to be replaced. Four months after I moved out and handed them the keys in 2023, someone from their office called me asking whether I was still occ

Lived in one of their units for a year, they never fixed anything left dead flies in every window, the apartment had rats, and roaches from previous owner. They are hard to get on the phone and will be quick to put you out before actually doing their job. They rent people apartments and then leave em in there. My bath tub had rust in it they never painted it went a year with a rusty tub. Been out 2 weeks and still haven’t seen my security deposit or been updated on it when I finally found out something they said they are not obligated to say how much I get back or notify if I even get it back. Moral don’t rent here they don’t have staff to take care of you or the unit you rent. Then I’ve been calling the office for 2 days I go to the office they are clearly there they don’t answer I leave
