We lived there for 10 years and the place sucks. My rent was $1200 until the new ppl came in and it went up $560 .. with no security . Packages being taken from your door, maintenance is a joke they don’t fix anything Claudia is useless doesn’t care for any tenants including my family .. AC needed to be fixed and needed the dishwasher to be fixed . The guy comes in and says you need a new dishwasher and never comes back. But yet you want us to pay the rent foh ! My kids were always sick . This place needs to be investigated. They never wanna do anything. Claudia famous words are “sorry we can’t nothing bout it “

I’m responding to jahz M comments! There’s always two side to the story, tenant lived at one of our other property and had asked for a transfer to the other, which we allowed. Upon their move out the apartment was left dirty per my maintenance guy David. I contacted the tenant husband about the situation which was denied, however, maintenance took a video of the condition of the unit. Her husband came to the office arguing about the charges and that he left it cleaned. Apparently our standard of clean isn’t there’s. I believe if a unit was given to you cleaned then it should be surrendered clean less the normal wear, note! Tenant had a dog at their new place in which everyday they left the dirty doggy bag at the front of their door, other tenants had to pass by and see. They were told num

the worst place to live, the woman in the office is always making excuses, they simply don't care about any of the residents, 2023 the rent went up $560, this year 2024 it went up $300, now the rent is $2050, no security, people trying to open the doors, no cameras in the hallways to monitor, totally unsafe. Never move to this apartment.and the Rent is ridiculous Overpriced.

My mother currently lives here. Has been for about two years now. She has had a bug problem the entire time, every-time she would call and complain they would say she would have to pay extra even though they had someone that come out periodically. Also she constantly has an issue with the A/C unit in the apartment. Every few weeks she has to call someone because it broke down. Conveniently most of the times it breaks down on a Friday hours before they close and you’re not able to get in contact with any one from the office regardless of making phone calls or knocking at the office door. She is currently without A/C for probably the third time this year it’s 3:14pm there is no one at the office and you’re not able to have the phone call go through. Worst place to live in. Be careful and record what is said with maintenance and the office people. Especially the maintenance guy by the name of Al. Most laziest and dramatic person I've ever met. I'm lazy but he takes that crown for sure. Pool was never cleaned it's black and a hazard to the health Especially for the kids playing feets away at the playground.
