Birds live in the walls. Sounds nutty but you’ll see them actually come in and out of the vents outside. It’s old buildings so expect for maintenance requests and constantly losing power. Expect for your AC unit to be shot, meaning it leaks all the time or your upstairs neighbors is leaking into your apartment, creates a funky smell. (If you tour the non-model and an actual unit , do a sniff test) Expect them to charge you for the carpet during move out. Prior to me moving there I looked at the reviews and a lot of them were about being charged for the carpet for the pet they never had, or an odor that was caused due to AC leaks, they have since deleted their Google profile and created a new one to remove the reviews, so now they only show 2025+.
