D.Chila Construction LLC

Used the Chila construction website to schedule an appointment for an estimate for an addition. Not only did no one show up but I received nothing but excuses about it appearing to be a “spam message”. Why have a scheduling option on your website? And then expect me to take another half day off of work to set a new date. If you value your time and are looking for good customer service, look elsewhere.

Chila Construction took on our kitchen renovation. Dom and his guys treated our home like it was their own. Their work was top notch. The renovation was a complete gut job down to the studs, and it lasted about what Dom said it would. We even gave Dom access to the home while we were in Disney World for a week, and he and his guys worked unsupervised without issue. Dom kept in communication the entire job, and was very sympathetic to us having to setup a temporary kitchen in our living room while the job was being done. They did run into problems with the existing subfloor from 1964 being wildly uneven, and it wasn’t in the budget to fully do what needed to be done to fix it properly. The website clearly has a spot to schedule an appointment for an estimate. We scheduled an appointment- received two emails confirming the appointment. No one showed up. When we called to inquire we were told “that’s not going to happen today”. No apology was given until the very end of the second inquiry phone call. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!

Very happy with the quality and professionalism of this company. Will continue working with them on future projects.

D.chila construction is responsive and reliable, detail oriented and makes sure each custom job is done to perfection. Domenick and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend for any new builds or custom jobs!
