🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Feels like home! Living here has been such a great experience. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and located in a quiet area that feels very safe. It’s a place where you can truly relax and feel at home. Marie Strickland is always friendly and goes above and beyond to help the residents. She truly cares about the community. Mr. Edie is also wonderful — he’s hardworking, respectful, and always quick to fix anything that needs attention. Both of them make this a great place to live, and I’m really thankful for everything they do. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! 🏡💛

I’ve lived here for six years and never had any major problems. However, for the past six months our resident portals have been experiencing “system glitches” that’s over charging residents for rent. Management acknowledges the issues but still threatens residents with evictions if the balance (that’s not lawfully owed), goes unpaid. Maria Strickland, the property manager, has advised some residents to just pay the over charge and she would credit it back. I paid it once and had to go back and forth with her for a month to get my credit back. She finally credited it back and sent a very rude and condescending email letting me know it was taken care of. I responded to her email with the same energy and now she refuses to communicate with me. The following month the overcharge happened again

Living here has been a wonderful experience...! Marie and Edie do an excellent job, they are always kind, helpful and professional. We’ve been here for two years and couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys for making this place feel like home..!

Marie Strickland is an amazing manager — she’s always kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents and the property. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone feels comfortable. It was a great experience with the help of Marian in my move in process. She was on top with helping me gather all information to make my process quick and easy. She was great at her communication and making me feel confident and comfortable to being a first timer in moving in. The community is beautiful and feels like home. They make sure to keep the community looking nice and clean.
