Davisified Property Management

They play games with letting you know if you've been approved for the apartment. It's been 6 WEEKS and they haven't gotten back to me in regards to whether or not I've been approved. I applied in the beginning of June, was told that they are renting for July 1st. I'm currently on a month to month lease with my current landlord. I told Darlene (The leasing agent/Secretary) the urgency of me wanting to leave my current location, and that I was willing to pay rent in two locations (My current residence) and the property at Davisified Property management just to leave the unsafe neighborhood I'm residing in. Instead of letting me know whether or not I was approved, she told me in JUNE that i can't afford to pay rent in two locations, plus two months security..AND that my current lease is up a

Darlene is an awful lady! These are not people you want to rent from because she’s very disrespectful and feels very entitled! She does not care for her own kind & it shows!
