My family and I have been looking for a home to call our own for just under 10 months. Tim was with us every step of the way! He was encouraging and positive. When my wife and I decided to look into moving from Bergen County where we've lived for more than 5 decades, we contacted Tim Beaton at Daunno Realty. We explained to Tim what we were looking to do and after questioning us about our needs we started looking at a number of homes. Which each one we would tell Tim what we liked and what we didn't like. Over time Tim focused more and more on finding houses that would be suitable for us. We finally found a home that we really liked and placed a bid in, long story shortened we got the home and are very happy in our new location. Thanks Tim for your hard work.

Beautiful New Office! I loved the atmosphere and friendly service I got when I walked in. The agent was extremely knowledgeable on the newest cutting edge in listing my home. I was afraid they were going to say I was asking too much money, but instead, they were like, if that's what you want, then this is what we gotta do! They also showed me the difference a professional picture can make!

Worst small agency in NJ. Go with one of the well-known agencies! Two hyper-emotional agents I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with lacked basic knowledge about real estate, had poor communications skills and were incredibly unprofessional. I spoke to their broker and he dismissed my concerns. This guy is the reason he has poor quality agents. Shoddy training.
