He found us a place that we really like and that fit our budget. The fee he charged seemed high to me, but the fee may have been high no matter which realtor we chose. He was very personable and showed us a number of places.

He tried to pressure me and a friend into taking an apartment and was disapproving and impatient with our quite normal uncertainty and desire to think it over carefully. Moving to a new place is a big decision and it's not right for a broker to pressure people. His attitude is a turn off.
