Darby Court Apartments

I have been living at Darby Court Apartments for 8 years, and when I first moved here, the manager was Tony. He was always willing to help and attentive to anything that was needed. I am very happy that he has returned to Darby again as the manager. The best thing about these apartments is that they are pet-friendly. I would also like to mention Ali J., who truly does an excellent job and has a wonderful attitude toward everyone who approaches her. They are an excellent team.

I had such a wonderful experience touring with Nyema! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. Nyema took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home and tailored the tour perfectly to my needs by showing me 3 different units and their layouts. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly, and she highlighted details I might not have noticed on my own. The tour felt relaxed but professional, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Nyema made the whole process easy to understand and gave me a clear picture of what living here would be like. Her genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail really stood out. My experience with Darby Court it was nice and I love my apartment, and Tayler very helpful and kind person I’m happy to meet her and love I can call darby court my home

These apartments are STRICT to get in , I mean I have a great background great work history /income but I was not approved because apparently my credit score is not high enough which is BS .. i was able to get a brand new car with barely nothing down but I can’t get accepted into these apartments.. it’s a scam in all honesty then you pay $100 non refundable application fee just to not be approved. When you ask what is the credit score requirement cause I know my credit is not bad at all you will be told “Im sorry I cannot give you that information “. The apartments are not even updated or nearly nice to be so strict so don’t waste your time or money it’s more of a pick and choose who they want too live in their apartments.

Love it out there. So peaceful and clean. Maintenance, always there when you need them. Deon is the best! Office is pleasant.
