When you talk to the other property managers around town almost all of them talk bad about Rick Cole. Out of all of them I met Rick was my favorite so far. Haven't rented from him but, atleast he treated me like a human.
Worst landlord I have ever had. Did not want to fix anything, had stagnant water just sitting in my basement from a kitchen sink leak, never came to repair it.
They were great!!! I wasn't late on a payment,,,so I never heard one thing from them......
A receipt is always given when I pay my rent.
Just called to ask a question and the lady who answered was very rude.
