I contacted Chris on Monday evening to see if he any availability for a home inspection. He responded within a minute and was able to get me scheduled for a Thursday inspection. Very professional and got the report back on Thursday evening. Highly recommend his home inspections!

Absolutely fantastic service all the way around. We are under a time crunch and Chris was prompt, professional and we highly recommend. So much in fact that because of all of the issues with the inspection that were NOT divulged prior to it saved us 10's of thousands of dollars! Will be using again this week. Chris was very thorough with the inspection of a house I was looking at. He explained everything he found in layman’s terms, in person, before providing the official report. He also noted some safety concerns regarding stairs in the house and I appreciated that!! I will say that I am so glad I had this home inspection because Chris found some fungus under the house and recommended I have it investigated by a specialist. Thank goodness I did, because it’s likely going to cost $10,000+ to remove the mold and repair the crawl space! 100% recommend Chris! He’s great!

Chris did a great job! We had him inspect a 20 acre farm and he went through the home and the barn both. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way we could understand. I definitely recommend you use him when thinking about who to hire for a home inspector.
