Villas at Ridgefield Farm

Vilas at Ridgefield Farms is an excellent neighborhood with nice houses and services including a neighborhood pool, exercise room, and clubhouse! The poll is always warm and the clubhouse/ exercise room is professionally cleaned on a regular basis... The large circle that forms the neighborhood on saddle ridge circle is the perfect place to jog or take a leisurely walk. The circle is approximately 2/5 mile and is mostly flat, with a speed limit of 14mph, and a large pond full of koi, with a fountain, towards the back part of the circle... The community events including monthly potlucks, weekly coffee mornings, and specialty events like the annual Christmas party and 4th of July parade, allow for constant opportunity to be active and have fun for all residents, from children to the more exp

We live there and love it. We also love the people that live there. We love the pool, the clubhouse and the access to the many places that are very nearby. The grocery, the restaurants, gas and all the different stores that are so close for shopping. We love to sit on the front porch and talk with our neighbors as they walk the circle to get their daily exercise. We love the wonderful potluck meals we have at the clubhouse..a time we can enjoy the companyof our friends and neighbors. Our experience since we’ve lived there has been great.

Very spacious, newly built, beautiful condos. I love how many electrical outlets there are in each room! Very nice, friendly neighborhood. Love coming to visit my husband's grandmother at her home here!! ❤️🌷🌳🐿️🏡👵🏻♥️👨‍👩‍👧
