Their service is amazing, let me explain. We had a pre-approval and that bank fell through as soon as the contract was signed, they wouldn’t explain how we went from you’re good to never mind. Then we were referred to Gateway Morgage by our realtor, not only did Dani helped us get our pre approval back, she took the time to explain the reason for disapproval from the other institution, and paved out a plan to reach the destination we were hoping for, all in a matter of hours. From that point on, Dani and her team ensured that as first time buyers we understood every step, what every piece of paper represented and they kept us in the loop with continued updates on the process. It’s been a pleasure working with them on this.
