This is the worst rental company to give your hard-earned money to. First, Dave the office manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. After calling for over 4 months to have repairs fixed at my home, someone finally came out. He told me I could terminate my lease for "complaining". Secondly, Dave the office manager is so adamant on evicting people who stands up for their selves, violating their rights as a tenant is by far the worst thing you can do to someone who is educated. Lastly, the owner who is not Dave will end up in a lot of trouble trusting Dave to operate his business while he flies across the country on private jets. This entire company needs to be closed permanently or taken over by people who are compassionate & professional. These reviews are real.

This company “managed” a property we are renting due to the owner living out of state. Any issues we had with the property fell on def ears with the management company, not the actual home owner who was not made aware of most issues needing to be addressed. Dave in the office told me I was complaining when I asked in person to have things fixed after multiple phone calls to the office, emails with photos, and false promises of “maintenance requests” being put in. I was told if I didn't like it I could move. Holes in the chimney, siding coming off the home, and at this present time I’ve been out of hot water for 2 days after a major electrically issue with the water heater to were the wires melted in the wall. Ii am disable and asthmatic and my place was never inspect which 6 months in I am just now finding out after find mold and debris. I had to beg them to change my locks because someone had a key and was entering my place. There's a wasp and ant infestation. I have never lived under such horrible management before. I am breaking my lease due to health code violations and horrible living conditions.

This property management is the worst management I dealt with in my whole life. I always get hard time to reach the management person he never in office. The office staff is the worst even always rude and never helps out with anything. I am waiting on my last rental check since 3 months but I didn’t heard from him even I called several times. I will never go back to this management company or never recommend this management company to my friends and family.
