Prior to moving into the Damato apartments, I would never rent an apartment. I always lived in houses and I could say I was very skeptical about renting an apartment but I took the chance and it paid off. I absolutely love living at Raymond Village. All of my neighbors are friendly. Whenever I call maintenance they are here within 24 to 48 hours. The office staff is so pleasant. The grounds are always clean. I never have any problems. When it was time for my lease renewal. I asked for an extended lease. That’s how satisfied I am try Raymond Village. We were a good bunch over here. Come join us tell them I sent you.

Over the last several years things have greatly improved. Sarah the Property Manager has been wonderful anytime I have needed anything. She is a breath of fresh air. The landscaping is kept up and always look nice and is very responsive to our needs. Melvin is someone I cannot say enough about. He responds quickly and no matter what needs to be repaired he is right on it. He seems to know a lot about everything. He is so kind and respectful. We are so very lucky to have him and he is such a hard worker and takes pride in his work. Melvin you are the best!

If you want your rent to increase 300$ each year with no updates, days without hot water in winter, days with on and off heat, appliances from the 80s with no updates and paper thin walls that allow you to smell and hear what your neighbors are doing with incredibly insensitive office staff, and ridiculous towing companies? Well then, this is your place. So many residents that have lived here for years in the old damato's management are leaving because of the complete disregard and lack of respect for their residents with new management. Disgraceful.

Absolute trash management . Leasing office is RUDE and completely careless. Had Been renting for years. Doesn’t care if you have carbon monoxide. No heat for DAYS during winter, car almost got stolen from their towing company, don’t answer their emergency number . Town has had to come to their locations MULTIPLE TIMES. I could go on and on . HORRIBLE people who are only money hungry and try to press the laws . Save yourself . Deff not renewing .

I don't typically write reviews but I had to for this place. Management is terrible (on purpose), it seems like. They are slumlords and will try to take your money any chance they get. Our complex didn't have hot water for a whole week. There was no urgency to fix a big issue like that. The townhouses themselves are not renovated and the rent is too high without any renovations being done. The walls are so thin to the point where you can hear and smell the neighbors as if you were living with them. If you have the option, DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE HERE.
