Cypresswood Apartments

I have lived here for more than 3 years and when we got here the place was awesome. Now, its horrible, the current manager is not being able to keep up. 2 of our maintenance guys left. They use to value the residents that were here, now they do not anymore. This place used to be always full of residents, with people being vetted well and staying for a long while, when we first came to look at the apartment there was no empty ones and there was a waiting list. Now we have a bunch of empty apartments and alot of quesionables. The gate has never been broken so much, but now it is. When the Long time manager retired, everything went array. There are roaches everywhere, no matter what you do they are always present. I lived in 2 apartments here and 1 would get constantly flooded into. The one

Do not move here. The new manager in the office is more worried about rent getting paid on time over their residents feeling safe. I have complained about a suspicious individual in the complex multiple times and nothing is getting done about it. I sent emails about my concern and I get responses asking when I’m going to pay my rent to avoid eviction instead of a solution to the suspicious individual. Take your rent money elsewhere!!

The apartments themselves are beautiful, but the amenities are misleading. The pool is never open, and the rent prices are not consistent — one month it’s one amount, the next month it increases with over $300 in unexpected fees. Management changes constantly, and every time you go to the office it’s a new person. They will say anything to get you to sign a lease, but the reality is very different. I would not recommend living here, and I strongly suggest speaking with current residents before moving in.

One thing im sure this is the cleanest property ive ever worked for in 40 years, we ussually pick up the grounds first thing in the morning theres no trash to pick up property looks inpecable so peacefull ans quiet i will recomend it 100 %

It is a great community to live in. The management and staff are friendly, responsive, and attentive to the residents needs. I took good care of the apartment and got complete refund of the deposit.
