If I could give this place a ZERO star rating I would. Do not rent from this management company. I have lived in this apartment for almost 5 years. When I moved here there was a different owner and it was amazing. This company took over a couple years ago and they are absolutely horrible and asinine. The treatment of their tenants is absolutely horrible and this owner is only out for money. Apartments 1-6 were completely condemned and abandoned for 5+ years when they bought them. The whole building was completely inhabitable. There were homeless people found in there multiple times and stray cats lived in these apartments for years. They did a half ass renovation and I wouldn’t even trust to live in them. They send us text after text constantly demanding things. They have made us park our

I went to go look at these for a showing. While they do look nice from the outside the flooring is very cheap, hollow and resonates sound really bad. I'm not sure why they didn't at least add some support to the bottom flooring. It even slanted in the living room and kitchen. They should have added concrete underneath, and it would have been a lot nicer. You're going to hear everything there. We chose to pass on this place because of this.
