Cypress Terrace Apartments

2 Stars for when things are going well. While the property itself is gated and keeps unwanted guests off the property, consider other places before you rent here. for the price they are asking us to pay I feel like we should be getting more. Occasional security patrols after 9pm and having to call them isn't helpful. A LOT happens after the office closes for the day, but by the time it is reported it is too late. Moving in and paperwork was super easy, the ladies and gent in the office make things easy, however once you're a resident you're stuck with issues that weren't made aware prior to the walk through. Having to wait days for maintenance to take care of the issue, only for it to reoccur a few months later. These are all issues that have been mentioned on multiple occasions to the off

My experience with Cypress Terrance has been awesome. Nicole made my moving process stressed free. She kept me posted through the entire process. Keke has been awesome as well with touring and getting me all ready for my move in. I love my apartment. Thank you so much for all you all help during my move.

This place used to be such an amazing place to live down to management. Over the years the management gets worse the place is slowly going down. Used to be so beautiful. In the amount of time I’ve lived here my rent has gone up almost $1,000 so if you’re looking for a home for a while keep in mind it goes up every year. For what we pay it would be nice to be able to enjoy the amenities we are supposed to be paying for like a clean pool and year round jacuzzi which have been either cloudy or green this whole year so far. Amenities like 24hr laundry room get locked or have people sleeping in there. Along with the gym randomly being locked. But these are the things we pay for and don’t get to enjoy. Along with the broken playground that was supposed to be fixed. I would really love to just

Move-in process was simple and convenient. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and answered all of our questions. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and the amenities for the affordable price of rent here is an absolutely steal! So far, my neighbors seem cool. I love that they let you decorate here for the holidays. It makes the environment so much more welcoming.

Awesome staff especially our Community Manager Jessica Paez, who is very caring towards the residents and everyone as family. She always has a smile for everyone. She responds to any issues that arises promptly. Her assistant Ashley Frazier always responds to our calls and requests efficiently . She's also very friendly to all residents. Our maintenance and housekeeping team, Octavio and Maria are both outstanding in their work. Cypress Terrace was home to us for almost 8 1/2 years, couldn't find a better place to live at. We, most definitely can recommend Cypress Terrace to any family or friends.
