Cypress Oaks

Please do not move into this place. My cousin recently moved in and it’s filled with roaches and mold. The sad part is that they said someone professionally cleaned the apartment and it’s filled with roaches. This is bad for business. She has three young children and it’s unsanitary to have children living in this condition. They agreed to have someone come down to clean the place and still no one arrived. We will be taking matters with the legal system because this is a disgrace they have people living like this. Inhumane place of living. I have also provided photos that further prove my point.

The pool will never be able to be used so don’t ask for it or expect it to be open. It’s been like that for over 5 + years. When you move in they will LIE about cleaning & painting your apartment. I promise you that is NOT what will happen. There is a massive roach problem due to how poorly built the complexes are. It dosent matter how clean you are or how often you clean. The other reviews talking about ethnicities & certain races who are in favor is most definitely a lie. They pick & choose who will get help or not. Apartments are so poorly built there is constant leaks in the ceiling from the neighbors. The maintenance people are super nice & respond quick to certain issues but they do not really fix these issues, they do as much as they can to fix it in the meantime & im sure it’s from

Rosemary and all of her staff have always been upfront and honest with my family as well as compassionate. Rosemary has made many many changes since she has taken over. Any maintenance requests I email are taken care of in a timely manner and communication is top tier.

Welcome to Cypress Oaks as of Sept/October 2023 UPDATE: The new management is niw retaliating against anyone who spoke out on the conditions. Myself and my 10 year old daughter were forced to move (blessing in disguise) and there are others on here experiencing the harassment (Never missed a payment in 10 years n all of a sudden i started having issues) and retaliation. BEWARE ROACHES. FLEAS. ZERO UPKEEP. NO PEST CONTROL.

They never answer the phone…. Simple as that if there was an emergency for the office or staff you wouldn’t be able to get a hold of them
