Cypress Legends

I toured Cypress Legends to potentially rent an apartment (02/2026) for me and my family. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is wonderful. The fitness room had adequate equipment and a yoga room. The 2/2 we saw was nice and clean, perfectly suited for me and my family. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding community. When compared to the other apartments available in the area, the price can't be beat.

This place is an absolute nightmare. One of the staff members is incredibly rude and unhelpful, and the entire management team just gives you the runaround when you try to address issues. Half of the appliances in my unit never work properly, and they constantly charge you bogus fees like late fees, amenities fees, trash fees, pet fees, you name it. They know instantly when you put your trash out an hour later than the scheduled time but will make you wait an entire month just to get your repairs done. The gate is broken, appliances barely function, and I am constantly having to call for A/C repairs. The level of neglect and lack of care from both staff and maintenance is appalling. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.

I messaged them on their website and asked about their dog breed restrictions, and if it was zero tolerance or not, because I’ve had my 7 year old dog that is 3/4 husky since he was 10 weeks old. They left me a voicemail when I was at work, saying they got my message and wanted to setup a tour, but didn’t answer my question or even address it. I scheduled a tour on their website, and wrote a long description that clearly states that I have a (part) husky. Again, they left me a voicemail when I was at work about wanting to confirm my appointment to tour their apartments without addressing my concerns at all. When I arrived for my appointment, I immediately told the lady about my dog and she said “I don’t know if you have a place for the dog to go, but that is a restricted breed.” It’s v

Been staying here for a little over a year now and I have no complaints! Great community and the pool area is awesome. I had my baby shower and my son’s first birthday at the gazebo and everything went perfect! Melissa has always been pleasant and has been helping me with transferring my lease! Thank you all for providing a great community for my family and I!

I recently moved to Cypress Legends and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Melissa, from the leasing office, has been incredibly helpful and responsive from the start, making the moving process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and I-75. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience.
