CW Cypresswood

10 out of 10!! This will be my second year leasing at CW and must say this is a great place. Very clean units and clean community. Never any issues within my unit or building. Front desk managers Cristina and Amanda are very hands on and very prompt when getting things done which I appreciate! Agents Noah and Jennifer are always so kind, immediate and communicative with us residents! These are located in a great place as well with access to highway, close to grocery stores, schools, department stores, restaurants, etc all within 5-10 minutes away. I look forward to my second year and high recommend checking them out!

Once I walked in the door I was greeted by a lady named Cristina. She was very polite and asked if she could assist me. I am looking into a 2x2 to move in by mid December. She offered me a floor plan and explained the difference between them all. We went for a tour. I seen the unit and loved it. She then took me to see all of the wonderful amenities. I was a bit hesitant since reading all of the reviews, she did say that it’s under new management. I did not see anything wrong with this property. It is a beautiful place and the apartment is huge with great and affordable pricing. I am excited to move in soon. Yes I Will refer this place to my family and friends.

If I could Give zero stars I would! I would strongly advise potential tenants to carefully evaluate this property before making a decision. Despite its seemingly luxurious appearance, my experience has been disappointing and frustrating. After signing the lease, I was not informed of additional fees being added to my account. These fees, such as the drainage administration fee and stormwater fee, seemed excessive and lacked clear justification. Additionally, after living in the apartment for a month, I noticed mold developing in the closet. When I reported this to the front office, I was told that the issue was caused by hot water from showers and that simply closing the closet door would resolve the problem. This response felt inadequate, and I was left concerned about the overall condi

WOW!!! I'm so shocked at all of the negative reviews. I've lived here for 3 years now since 2022 and still currently live here. I’ve had an amazing experience living here. My apartment has not had 1 roach or any bugs since I've been here and I love that. Management has always been great even the old ones! Huge shoutout to Ms. Antoinette and Deandre, they are truly gems! They are always so nice and courteous. Now the maintenance staff is TOP TIER! Every single time I've reported an issue they have fixed everything within 24 hours. I was issued a gate remote within the first week of moving in. I've never had noisy neighbors and don't ever hear them. The grounds are kept really nice. I've even seen guys pressure washing our stairs and front porches. Now I won't lie, the pool area do be lit on
