Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They charged me over $500 for damages that didn’t exist. I only lived there for two months and returned the apartment in better condition than I received it. The management seems to have a habit of overcharging tenants and acting unfairly. The place is infested with cockroaches and completely unlivable. I will be taking further action if necessary.

On February 14, 2026 after 1 pm, I pulled up right after another car. The gentleman from the other car, went to the door then came back to get someone else who is with him. I saw a lady come to the door as I was coming out of my car. When we approached the door it was locked. Just a minute ago the door was open because the other gentleman did try to go in before deciding to come back with his relative. After talking to the gentleman I found out they had visited the day before and told to come back with paperwork which they had in their hands. I had called the office but no one answered. Fortunately, myself and the other party is visibly fall into the societal minority category, can’t wrap my head around but to think if the whole situation had anything to do with it. Kevin did an amazing job. I had a few issues and he fixed everything quickly and without any hassle. He also responded to my urgent emergency call in a timely manner. Super attentive, good attitude, and everything ended up exactly how it needed to be .

Easy renewal process and fair prices. New management has been answering my maintenance requests in a timely manner. Just wish the had a better trash pick up on the weekend. Things get so full and my car ports are near the trash area.

I'm heartbroken because I have no choice but to live with an infestation of roaches. There's so much that I can say that's awful besides the roaches, but I won't explain it all right now. Although I do have PLENTY of pictures and videos to prove my disappointment!! Pest control comes every Monday because roaches are apparently a known problem for a lot of units. I don't want to bash this place because I think they're trying to improve on the units and how things are, but OMG, I have some serious complaints. And if I laid everything out in this review along with the pictures & videos, y'all would be pissed too. I'm trying to be nice because I can tell they're trying to improve. But the fact that we CANNOT COOK OR STORE ANY FOOD in this place at all is just upsetting. We've tried everything
