As of today 3/6/2026, Peaks At Reddington has now been without water for 48hrs. Every SINGLE month, this apartment complex illegally shuts off tenant access to utilities for “repairs”. Leaving tenants no recourse for daily care needs. Apartment complex has issued notice after 24hrs of no water citing water off “indefinitely”. WHERE’s the money going? Does this company care about the tenant contracts they govern?

9/1/2020 Edit: After posting this review, an employee by the name of Tina Olson reached out to me. She was much more professional and pleasant to speak with than the rep I originally called. I would like to recognize her for the work she put into making this right for me, despite her not being involved originally, and Karen Wolf. Both ladies were exceptionally kind and apologetic towards me/my situation. A little bit of empathy goes a long way. They did not mention this review at all, but I felt it necessary to amend it as they could have continued to ignore me with no real consequence. So again, thank you to Tina, Karen, and PICOR for reaching out and stepping up as a company.
