Extremely Unprofessional Experience Our company, Karla's Coffee Cart, was led to believe we had a confirmed business agreement with Cushman & Wakefield, facilitated by Jackie Duarte. After our proposal was accepted, we were given a site visit, encouraged to start early, and told a contract was forthcoming. Based on this, we invested $7,000 in new equipment and turned down other paying clients to honor the agreement. However, after days of silence, Jackie Duarte only responded when we followed up, suddenly stating that they no longer wanted to proceed because they thought they were paying too much despite already accepting our terms. I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you're ready to have your heart repeatedly broken and the only way they fix is it saying "I'm sorry", even after they made you lose a ton of money. The management repeatedly gives you false promises and refuses to honor them. We’ve had a broken garage door for over 8 months. We were told there’s no approved vendors for 5 or 6 months. When there were finally approved vendors, they had at least 3 of them come through our home to inspect the door and to take measurements. Two months later, no communication at all about any repairs. We were told it would take 5 months to order the door. Still no door at this point almost seven months into the issue. These guys could not possibly be scummier. Please, take your business elsewhere if you're trying to sell a building. If you have to deal with them on a purchase.... don't let them lie to you. They will.
