Very rude leasing agent who gave me a hard time with obtaining a Gym card! I was asked for Identification which I had to go back to my apartment to retrieve, and when I came back she denied me a card because I was not a primary lease holder! Agent Zakya McKinney

Nice properties. And very helpful staff. As for the 2 stars. Corporate and the upper levels do not return calls. They take application fees as well as administrative fees, but you never give the administrative fees back if you are not approved for a unit. Though, it was stated that the administrative fee would be distributed back. I've called numerous times with no assistance on the matter. Administrative fees are used once you are approved to handle all paper work. Application fees are to check the credit to find out if you are approved. Where is the $300 administrative fee?

Ever since Cushman and Wakefield purchased the apartment complex I live in, my quality of life has diminished exponentially. This apartment complex has been bought and sold several times and never has it been run so poorly.

The team at Cushman & Wakefield have been amazing to work with during our property search - resourceful, proactive and responsive. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the lack of communication with providing increased on your rent/ utilities. Always changing management strategies and policies.
