I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this apartment. The building is always well maintained, clean, and comfortable, creating a real sense of home. What stands out the most is the management team—they are professional, attentive, and truly care about the residents. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a place where both the living environment and the management are consistently excellent, but this apartment truly delivers on both. I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

As a FREQUENT guest at jacks mill for over a year now, management has made me feel more unwelcome each time I come to visit for the following reasons and more. 1. Couldn’t go through the effort of plowing or shoveling the guest walkway after snow, leaving a mound at the bottom of the sidewalk forcing you to jump down from the rock wall. That alone, would make myself never consider living here if my friends and family have to do that. 2. After all the increasing rules to parking, I even considered buying a parking pass just to make my walk to any door a bit easier since I am here so frequently, but then see it’s $25 a month and you still could be towed at anytime for whatever email they send out that week quickly changed my mind. 3. Make sure you’ve got a lawyer on standby. My wife and I moved into one of their units last October and it was really nice for a while! We had great neighbors, Leonidas the head of the maintenance team is an incredible person and was wicked helpful when it came to resolving any issues. The vents turned on while they were building phase 3 and it got wicked loud in our apartment. He came down and helped us take care of the matter in a couple of minutes with nothing but a ladder and a screwdriver. The downside was Cunningham Equities, the kind of people who make mosquitos look good because at least they only take a little bit of what you need to survive. Leo, Giuliana and Liam's Crossing, I want to thank you for the grill in our green space. We had another wonderful dinner tonight......Grilled Salmon with Spicy Mango Salsa. And beyond the dinner, it's hard to believe we have already been here 9 months and we really enjoy living here. The unit has everything we were looking for and love the big windows, high ceilings and open space. Thanks so much for all you do.

They really dropped the ball with their jacks mill property. An actual liability. The following are alleged accounts during my stay at jacks mill. 1) no singage and no cameras on the property. Dog urine on cars, tar and building. Nails and screws in tires due to neighbor. Personal vehicle damage due to other residents and construction workers. Melody Maker customers would often wander around the building, the mailroom is located next to melody Maker so your mail is essentially unsecured. There's no singage for first responders within the inside of the building, no direction of which way the units are numbered. Lack of singage also causes parking to become atrocious, since theres 2 diffdrent businesses on the property. There's also no parking lines on phase 1 and a dirt parking lot that's l
