Cumberland Square Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Cumberland Apartment! The landlord and the manager are very kind and friendly, always ready to help when needed. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with brand new wooden floors, a new kitchen, and a new refrigerator — everything feels fresh and modern. Water and trash services are free, which is a big plus. The neighbors are also very friendly and kind, creating a peaceful and welcoming community. Highly recommended! New owner

our Ac has been out for going on three nights. The manag gives us the run around. I am thankful and I try to see the bright side of it... but it's not professional how we've been taken care of. They are closed now today so it will be another night without AC. just kind of crazy. The neighborhood is peaceful . When we moved in the apartment was filthy and we had to take two days just to scrub the floor. All the screens except one is broken and all the blinds are torn but one. It's just crazy. The fridge is supposedly new according to the office but has dents in it... I thought well maybe it got dented well the gasget ( suction rubber part between door and fridge is filthy. So it's clearly not a new fridge just washed really well. We paid a lot of money to deposit and to move in for us to ha

Wouldn't move a stray Anumal into this disaster. One way in and one way out. Maintenance? Yea as if . The price ?!? HAHAHA!! Bedbugs?? Always available!!

Cumberland Square is a clean, affordable place to call home in Russellville. There have been many updates made under new management, and the overall living experience has been greatly improved. If you need an apartment in Russellville, look to Cumberland Square and they will take good care of you.

The owners don't pay their employees, over worked and hardly paid. Watch out for mold and roaches. This place was getting a better reputation but after the manager and maintenance crew left it went down hill quickly. If this is still under Everest investment properties look somewhere else!!!
