Office personnel are horrible, specifically brandi. Extremely rude. I lived here before granite student living bought the place, and had 2 dogs before they owned it. Around a year after they took over they told me my dog was now on the restricted breed list and I needed to get rid of her. I showed them the paperwork they signed allowing me to pay a deposit on her and everything, that they had never entered into their system. They have poor communication skills and are very unprofessional. I chose not to renew my lease after that. It has gotten progressively worse as the months went on after they took over. Water is shut off every month and they never notify until it's already shut off. There are no in unit washer and dryer hook ups, you have to use the community ones and people take your s

I've only lived here for a few months but I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The apartments are big and nice and they have newer appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and everyone here gets along. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to help you if you have a maintenance issue or any kind of issue in the community. And maintenance requests are tended to same day, usually within hours of submitting them. I love it here and so do my children... I'm happy I chose Cumberland Manor.

When I first moved to the community it was nice & quiet. Idk who they’ve allowed to let move over here . We make reports to the office about constant disturbances during the week and nothing is done . People stand out in parking lot in big groups & hang out being accessibly loud. A big black dog runs around without its leash or owner constantly. The disturbance is high at night and quiet time starts at 10pm list goes on . If you have small children or would like to rest peacefully at night do not move here . The police has been called several times nothing happens . Its like a big party over here at night i hate it

I've been here 4 years and just signed a lease with Granite . The people moving into the complex are disrespectful and have no care for others . Semis are allowed to park and take up 5 spots that should be used for residents, there are no mangers on site so rules are not enforced . Stray animals are a huge problem here destroying property and sleeping under cars kids run wild throwing rocks leaving trash all over. There is no respect for others its constantly watching out for people and animals to not damage stuff. Taylor is great and tries to enforce things but it does not happen. It was quiet here and safe but it's no longer like that I'm still holding out hope things change, or I may have to move next year. I'm giving Granite a fair chance and hoping for a manager on site soon..
