Cumberland Home Sales

Like the others have said RUN! This company Cumberland Property Management recently started managing a building I live in. The neighborhood is quiet but NOT SINCE THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN MANAGING. The maintenance man drives a white jeep Cherokee like I said the neighborhood is quiet BUT now all you hear is this maintenance guy BLASTING HIS MUSIC! If you are looking for a property management company I don’t recommend this one. I was going to renew my lease because I like the owners however that will not be happening thanks to Cumberland Property Management. And I will come on each time he’s outside disturbing this neighborhood. So if he comes tomorrow and is blasting his music I will leave another honest review.

This is the worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. They reached out to me by email a week and a half after submitting my application. I responded back to their email with answers that was needed from me to then have to wait another week, no call or email response. Had to finally contact them to hear I was denied. I’m extremely upset, because I waited and put my main focus on this property. Now I’m 5 days out until my current lease expires. And could possibly end up homeless. Count your days Cumberland Homes. You shall reap what you have shown. DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!! Run!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT IS THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! They even stole our double rental deposit “due to damage to a door” that day my husband called several times to let us in since the keys were left inside and they never satisfied us and when trying to open it the frame was slightly damaged. They didn't even send us the letter with the result of the inspection because we were sure that part of it corresponded to us. Even after covering that damage and they only said that the check would arrive at our new house and after more than a month where my husband called and called to request the letter. It never arrived and then they just told us that they would keep the two months deposit and of course we got angry but we moved on. to enter our bank account today and see that

Cumberland Property Management, LLC and any other names they use to cover up truthful reviews.... Are No Good, unprofessional, if they have to follow the Landlords advice thats even worst, hes trash also. They kept my security deposit "per the Landlord request", lied and said I caused property damaged, (i enhance the home before they purchased) they purchased the property and saw the positive changes I've done to the home. Long story short: the landlord is a slumlord and the realty company doesn't look good either. I wouldn't even suggest rent at your own risk. DONT RENT FROM HERE, OR THE LANDLORD JEFF.... liars and theft! So much more to my tenancy when they became the owners.
