This company manages the property you see in the 3rd image of their profile called Dorm Drive and this is the most terrible and horrendous place to live, there are mold everywhere, water leaks that’s been happening over a year and the owners refuses to fix any issues, my apartment ceiling collapse as a result of the water leakage they refuse to fix, now my unit is condemned and I’m facing hardship sleeping in my car in the cold winter due to their lack of response which was they are away for the holidays so they couldn’t help I had to seek hotel stay else where that they refuses to pay for and my personal items such as clothes and bed was moldy and damaged, roaches everywhere, code enforcers and building authorities violations posted everywhere and months go by and they don’t fix the issue
