Crystal Springs Manor Apartments

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the perminent leave of the property staff, the manager was the only person in recent memory actually enforcing rules around here. In the short time she was on staff, she managed to turn this property around, making it safe, clean, and well-maintained. It’s a shame to see such positive changes undone. I’ve had enough of the constant staff turnover and lack of consistency in leadership. The constant switching of managers has left residents in charge of enforcing rules, and that’s completely unacceptable. It’s clear that the priority is not to maintain a well-run, peaceful environment but to cater to a select few residents who clearly don’t respect the rules. Because of this, I will not be renewing my lease. It’s evident that management isn’t

Never had any complaints about living here. Very quiet, children friendly, maintenance man is an angel, the apartment manager is sweet, kind and understanding, 10/10 would definitely recommend if you're looking to move.

I lived here for 10yrs and it is pretty quiet compared to years ago, and I like the fact it a closed gate apartment complex. And no issue with neighbors if so we deal with it and there is no problems.

Have lived here for 15 years already. On problems. It's pretty quiet. When problematic neighbors do show up, now and then, they are dealt with. Small number of units too. Gated all around. Management has always been nice. Maintenance is pretty fast, considering it's 1 guy for 100 units and the property. I tend to fix my own things though, just cause I know how and want to. Everything you could need is within walking distance, short drive, or bus ride, few bus stops nearby. Lots of lyft and uber in the area too. Nice place to live at. Just wish the gate didn't need a card to get out too. Have a nice day. P.S. Some units are haunted. . . according to people. Well, even the spirits behave.

Great complex I moved and came back been here for years now !!! Very quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy to find now with the new rules! Thank you Crystal springs !!!
