Crystal Creek Townhomes

We had a great experience living here with our young daughter. We never experienced any issues that they could not take care of. Denise always made sure we were taken care of and listened to all of our concerns if we ever had any. She made it very clear that she cares about the complex and wanted us to feel welcomed. If we ever go back, I’d be happy to apply here again just to have such an awesome management team!!

FYI one of the names below giving 5 stars is the property manager there(who never seems to be working BTW). Tacky! Fitness room? Forget it. Office is never open to use it. This place started out nice when I moved in. I thought. Repairs? good luck. Took their time. Shady stuff happened all the time. Cops always around. Drug deals in the open. Noise. People smoking weed constantly. Dogs crapping and people leaving it. Trash everywhere on grounds, shopping carts, bags - go look for yourself - it will still be there. Property manager should have refunded my money I paid for my background check. What's the point? How can you be safe when the property manager doesn't even know who lives there? Some renters rented out spare rooms to other people.That would last until they fought then new people w

Management is always helpful and friendly, even though super busy with working on other properties, but they make it a group effort to help each other out. Location is great, close to shopping without having to drive. Excited to go swimming soon as long as other tenants don't mess it up for the rest of us

I have lived here for 5 year and I am happy with how things are. The managment and maintenance personnel though quite busy at times do their very best to address the issues of the people who live here. Annie and her staff are alway friendly and smiling. Keep up the great job.

My family has been here roughly 10 years. Perfect location next to 3 shopping plazas, 2 schools and a college. But just out of the way enough were there is almost no traffic. You quickly become close with the staff here as they are so experienced and kind. Graciously affordable and a great place to be.
