Crowne at Timberline Apartments

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. Our leasing consultant, Nash, has taken legitimate apartment issues personally and escalated them in an extremely unprofessional and unethical way. Nash has lied on our names, falsely claiming that we broke our lease (multiple times) and even said maintenance staff came to our door and confirm these untrue statements. We never heard from them or about said noise complaint. On top of that, he has now attempted to illegally evict us with no valid cause. We were accused of “playing with our dog” at 11:30 PM when we were quiet and sleeping. The real issue is that these apartments have paper thin walls and floors, you can hear everything. Terrible, do not rent from this place. Just don’t. Very thin walls, you can hear everything. Look at how nasty the floors are in the buildings. Maintenance went about 2 years not power washing the floors so lots of stains built up. Then when they did go in and power wash they didn’t use any cleaning products and the stains and biohazards are all still there. YUCK. Pool is aged now and the liner is disgusting.

I toured the apartments recently and Melinda was wonderful. Unfortunately the elevators smelled like a gym locker room and there was trash all over the floors in bags. Not only did it stink bad but there was garage all over the stairs and several aggressive dogs roaming around. Just don’t!

We lived in Crowne at Timberline for 4 years!! As soon as I took a tour, I knew it would be a place to call home! We have had the best experience with the friendly staff, neighbors and maintenance team!! By far, the best place to live in Fort Collins!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an upscale living with lots of perks and amenities!! 😊

Best apartment complex in Fort Collins We Daria and my self want to thank Everyone and every thing connected to crown of timberline. We decided to move to Colorado ( Best place in the world!!!! ) last year. Looking around decided on fort Collins a beautiful little city ,town we went through a marathon of apartment searching Saw about 15 different complex’s all were nice But one stood out in so many different ways. First off it’s location at the edge of the city. it’s surrounded by nature. Most apartments have beautiful views of the mountains. And let’s face it The Mounties are the reason everyones here.
