Very nice inside. Fireplaces, dishwashers, heat and water included. Washing machines and dryers in good order. Garages. Nice big walk in closets. Only reason did not do 5 stars was the length of time (a month) to get to signing the lease. I see people complaining on other low reviews about not being allowed to have certain things out on the porches, but that's only because they care about the appearance inside and out, I don't think that's a bad thing, I think it's good.

Do not rent from this place. When Jim the original owner operated the place it was great. Jim's son took over well was supposed to take over Now his son's wife Kim Bigelow took over and she is running it in the ground. You can't have anything on your porch or you will get kicked out. The maintenance guy is a thief. He was caught stealing from people's cars and garages.

Son took over and he just wants the money. He doesn't fix anything and you CAN NOT have anything on your porch. Not even your kids bike or you will get a 5 day notice. I do not recommend this place.

Nice quiet place.
