Crosswinds Apartments

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with noticeable disrespect. The experience left me feeling judged and dismissed, as if assumptions were being made about my financial situation, which was both inappropriate and offensive. The female receptionist I encountered was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of being welcoming or informative, her tone and demeanor were dismissive and unfriendly. First impressions matter, and this one was extremely disappointing. If you are looking for an apartment community with professional, respectful, and genuinely friendly staff, this is not the place. Customer service sets the tone for the entire living experience, and unfortunately, this interaction reflected very poorly on

Management is the BEST!! Maintenance is the BEST!! We love living here so much!!! Friendly, clean, and safe community. The apartments are so nice, spacious, and perfect for a small family. We genuinely could not recommend this place more! Right next to groceries, close enough to 98/ the beach. I am so picky about where we live, and Crosswinds exceeded all our expectations! 10/10!!

I cannot recommend Crosswood Apartments enough! I am currently stationed in Korea and flew in just for a quick house hunt. After a very frustrating experience trying to find a place in Fort Walton Beach where no one seemed willing to help, the staff at Crosswood were a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. I was approved right away and already have my move-in set for February. It is such a relief to head back knowing my housing is sorted. If you’re military and looking for a smooth transition, this is the place!

I love the management. I was in your search for a new place, And found crosswinds as the best option for my Needs and wants. The process was fairly simple and it went smoothly. Natalie at the office at helped me out. She’s great. She showed me all the different options of locations they manage. She asked the right questions of what unit I am looking for and she was very practical about it, she started off the process easily and was great at the follow through. I’d recommend anyone to talk to her. If they had any questions about the locations they manage her as well as Rebecca we’re great in handling any concerns I had they’re also very friendly and nice.

I live here more than 10 years. I love the area and my apartment. Every week people cut the grass, bushes. I love how the stuff treats people, they care about their job. Bobby, Miss Becky, Luis,Natalia and other people are always nice. My apartment feels like home. I am happy !
