Crossroads Property Management is truly top notch. As a realtor, I have worked with many property management companies and this one is by far the best. When I needed my personal property managed, I easily chose them and they did not disappoint. They are very communicative, honest and knowledgable. They have a great list of quality vendors and have handled everything for me. I can just sit back and have true confidence that they will take care of things. I am currently renting a home and Jason is my property manager. Jason cannot seem to communicate in a timely matter. Weeks and months go by with repeated calls to him to address repair issues. No follow through. He will only text when he gets around to it. 3 weeks ago I reported a leaking pool pump. He said he would get on it. Still leaking. Reported the garbage disposal leaking water into the dishwasher. Never showed to fix it. Poor management indeed.

They managed our property for 4 years very long distance we live in Hawaii. They did an OUTSTANDING job for us. Our property was taken care of like it was their own. They found us great tenants every time the house was unoccupied. I highly recommend them!! Pam Merillat

Crossroads Property Mgmt did an awesome job renting out a house of ours. May of 2018 They rented it in 2 weeks, did all the tough background checks, took up the deposit, and got the tenants into a new place. Communication and ease of the process made it all worthwhile. Worst experience I've endured in my many years of renting. Keep in mind I was also a property manager for 16 years, so I've seen it all. For that reason, I also gave a lot of grace to the staff at Crossroads. It's a tough job and they tend to have a bad reputation, even the best of us. Now I know why, firsthand. To give some background, we were renters of theirs for 3 years. We paid our rent early every month and took excellent care of the property. We asked to renew another 2 years - prepared to deal with the poor communication because we didn't want to move. We've had a lot of life happen and just didn't have the capacity to face the stress of moving right now. This was all explained in May when I initially inquired about the renewal.
