I’ve been here since August 2024! After the last lady left! Monica has been amazing to me!!! My apartment never had issues. And she gets things done pretty quick. I love her! Hopefully she stays for the long run! She really has been a blessing to the community

Don't even waste your time looking at these apartments. The video is from the tour we were given before we moved in, all nice and clean. The pictures show what we got instead (these were only a few pictures. I have more). Communication is basically non-existent. We also contacted the owners of the apartments to no avail. Nothing was cleaned or put together before we got there. Also, someone stole our license plate, and our car got towed for parking in visitors. Also, there was barely any parking available for residents, and we weren't going to pay for overhead parking for these trashy apartments.

No one answers the phones, mailbox is full. Any calls get forwarded to voicemail office is closed during business hours not very good for business

Very disappointed in the care that they give to these apartments. Ive been having a constant problem with roaches sense ive moved in these apartments 6months ago, also leaks in corner on walls ,window seals so when it rains i got water all over the living-dining area .Some holes from there remodeling contractors that don’t take there time to do it right ,they busted my Internal cable and cable company back charged me to come back install cable again ,and other water leaks from previous problems they haven’t addressed ,you try reaching out and they never pick up the phone. Dont even waste yout time in texting the number they have on file for google maps they dont get back to you.

It’s Saturday and it’s 106 outside. We pay rent so we expect that the pool is open but no. It’s closed, on a Saturday, the pool it’s clean and running but it’s closed!!! CLOSED! Trash. And don’t forget, roach infestation!
