Crossings on Walnut Hill

Waited outside for almost two hours, in the heat for a tour that never happened. Was told they were doing me a courtesy by opening the door to “assist me” when they were closed even though I booked the tour through their online website and got two confirmation emails and text messages. One at the time of scheduling and one two hours before. Literally two days before flying in from out of state for the weekend and wasting my time. Sure I should’ve called to confirm but if I did the same thing for another apt complex you’d think the tour would’ve gone through? Lady had an attitude the entire time. Been living over here for four years and I absolutely love it! I love how Wendy and aurora plan activities for the residents. I really appreciate the staff for going above and beyond for their residents 💙

I have been living in these apartment for a couple years. Wendy is an amazing property manager and is nice with the tenants. Anything I need help with she does. Definitely worth living here and love the remodel to the apartment as well.

Where do I start? It was love at first sight when I arrived at the Crossings. The weather was beautiful, you could hear the sound of laughter in the air, you could see the joy on the faces of the residents and especially their children. Ofcourse the women I met in the office were welcoming and kept that energy even till now. Here I found not just an apartment but a home. Everyday I'm happy to come home. And the best thing about here is they're different and I can see the growth. It's a great time to be apart this neighborhood. I'm so glad I am. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
