Crossings at Irving

Just moved to these apartments from out of town. I was looking at multiple apartments. But the move in special they had it was an offer to good to resist! Kristan was super friendly. I highly recommend her!!! The apartment is nice. Neighbors are nice. It’s all in good shape. Only problem I saw was some cockroaches. But I brought it up to their attention and they got on it immediately. Now I don’t have anymore issues

I just moved in and I think that it’s a very homely community. The leasing office responds to concerns promptly. It’s a safe environment. I would recommend moving here

Got my first apartment was in Irving crossing they are very understanding .They don’t look at u as just a renter is like a family and they know that life happens .Anytime I had issues with the apartment it was took care of that day or no later then 24 hrs the following business day .

Moving into these apartments has been such a smooth and positive experience, all thanks to Rose! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and professional. She took the stress out of the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome — but that's exactly what Rose did. I’m so grateful for her help and excited to call this place home!
