Cross Timbers at Grand Street Apartments

I’ve lived here at least 4 times and I absolutely love it here at Crosstimbers , it’s so peaceful and quite and it’s so comfortable here I love it !!

How do I give negative stars? They don't even deserve 1 star. Rude and very unprofessional. I have filed a report and we will see if you still act that way

I really appreciate and love this property. Jimmy and William are very professional and efficient in their work. Never have issues when asking for an issue to be addressed. Cynthia and office staff are extremely helpful and a delight to talk to, always providing an immediate resolution. The office manager Terri is exceptional in her approach to the running of the property, it has immensely improved in the running and it’s appearance.

I was helped by ms Terry excellent service very welcoming overall great people and staff
