Lucky I had to leave 1 star apartment management nice and she gives you time to pay rent what I dislike about the apartment they don’t come out and fix nothing walls was leaking water everytime I took a shower the unit I was in kept flooding damaged my whole living room I called office she said she was sending somebody out nobody never came had mold under the sink roach\bugs infected REAL BAD pets control NEVER came out don’t even waste time tryna move in these apartments rent high and they don’t come fix nothing water was cold couldn’t take a shower are bath because the water was yellow the whole time I stayed there please don’t waste your time coming here you’ll be just paying for the name cross lake kids in the apartment complex stole my car plus 2 people got killed in the apartments

I recently moved in and absolutely love it! Jennifer was outstanding to say the least. She extended 5 star customer service. My apartment was flawless. The neighbors are kind and quiet, the pool stays clean, the landscaping looks like a magazine, the trails are fun and shaded to walk, I honestly am thrilled to be apart of this community. This is under new management and was remodeled, totally worth my time and money.

During my stay at Cross Lake Apartments, I faced a snake in my home, which I had to eliminate. However, my experience was marred by persistent issues, including unaddressed air conditioning problems. Despite submitting multiple work orders, the landlord falled to resolve these issues, leading to astronomical electricity bills, with some months reaching $600. The non-functional air conditioning units were falsely reported as operational. Moreover, the leaking roof and mold problems were repeatedly reported but never rectified. I was left with no choice but to relocate due to the landlord's dishonesty and neglect.

Very nice view of the lake, conveniently located. Security gates make you feel safe. They are upgrading but from the apartments I've seen I didn't think they needed it, pretty upscale. Only 2 complaints i have is the teenagers in the parking lot late at night, although they are not playing loud music or bothering anyone it makes me a bit nervous. 2nd complaint is the lighting situation at building 5, i personally fell and broke my ankle due to this. Some of the apartments on the lower level also have no number on the door making it hard to find especially in the dark. Overall it's a clean family oriented complex that seems like everyone keeps to themselves. Would have given 5 stars if not for building 5

Recently remodeled!! If we ever have a work order the staff is on it immediately! No questions asked, always on hand maintenance guys. Everyone is super friendly! The location is great! Very quite location, no trouble with neighbors or noise in the community. Price range is amazing, very affordable. Pet friendly and kid friendly.
