Croix Custom Homes

We contracted with Croix Custom Homes in 2018 to build a custom single family home on a lot in Glendower Court. The Croix team was great to work with during all phases of the project. They provided valuable input on our architectural plans during the design phase. The construction process was very organized by the project superintendent (Dan) and he did a great job keeping the project moving and communicated with us regularly (weekly and sometimes more). Their interior design coordinator (Megan) provided significant finishes design input based on our style preferences, inspirations, and construction budget, and she was also able to quickly source and price good alternatives. Croix Custom Homes is a fantastic firm and they create beautiful homes in Houston. I have had the pleasure of working with several of their projects on their Countertops Selections for the past 15 years. Shannon and her team are very professional and ethical. They are very loyal to their vendors and customers. They are definitely building my next house. Thoroughly enjoy working with them on their projects, from beginning of the process with their blueprints to the final walk through!

Croix custom homes has a sick model where they tear down unprotected historic homes in beautiful old Houston neighborhoods (Boulevard Oaks, Southampton, Montrose), tear down all the trees and replace them with bleak contractor grade homes that are then sold as luxury. Shame on them, shame on their quality, and shame on their miserable business model. Additionally, wherever they build, their workers throw trash everywhere and have stolen items from neighboring properties.

We have been in business since 1996 and have worked with several builders in Houston. Croix Custom Homes and their staff by far are one of the best teams we have seen. We have coordinated over 100 projects with them and they are on top of the whole building process and build an amazing home.

The team at Croix Custom Homes is excellent to work with and their quality of work is exceptional. They put forth extra time and effort into making sure everything is done right. It's a pleasure working with them.
